Could you tell me will there be a reserve list for the Vitruvian?

    Victor

The Vitruvian Triathlon 2010 is now closed with all available 1000 places being filled within a record 48 hours of going live.

We are sorry that you were unable to secure a place prior to the event filling.

    Reserve / Waiting List
We do not have a reserve list for the event, since In our experience drop outs in the Vitruvian are very low and it is rare that we are advised of these until much closer to the event by which time over 80% of the applicants of the reserve lists that we have produced in the past have made other arrangements and select not to take up places when offered to them.

If we have withdrawals what will happen?
Should we find that there are a number of drop outs prior to the closing date for the Vitruvian we will make an announcement in our Paceletter Newsletter and would advise all athletes wishing to keep informed of this are registered on the website and follow us on Twitter offer these slots on a strictly first come first served basis following

Charity slots to be announced later.
We will however be offering a very small number of Charity slots later in the month (probably no more than 10), where we will offer slots on the guarantee of the applicant assuring a minimum amount of sponsorship for our selected charity. More details of our selected charity will be on the web shortly.

In order to keep informed about these charity slots we request that you ensure you are registered on the website for our newsletter and would advise that you follow Pace Setter Events on the Twitter feed.

Once again we are sorry if you were unable to secure a slot in the Vitruvian 2010 but wish you well with your season and hope that we may see you at The Dambuster Duathlon or the Dambuster Triathlon in 2010.

    Yours in sport
