We are currently unable to process online entries but hope to have rectified this situation within the next week.
We are however able to process postal applications for all events. Postal application forms can be downloaded from the event pages:

Just wondering if you good folks have had a chance to recfify online entries for the Vitruvian Triathlon as yet?

We are sorry about the delay in getting the online payment systems up and operational for the 2010 events. It seems the Christmas and New Year holidays are working against us which has resulted in the delay.
We understand that the relevant agencies are now back to work and we hope to have the online systems up and operational by next week….this is what we have been advised but it is currently in the hands of the banks. We apologise once again for the delay.
We will post out a confirmation on newsletter and on twitter the moment the online entries go live so please log on to the site for the latest news and sign up to the twitter feed for updates.

Due to the technical problems we are now posting a full list of all postal entries received on the “confirmed entries” button for each of the events, this will be updated regularly so you can check there to make sure your application has been received and processed. we are still awaiting the bank to set up our online system and hope it will be operational shortly.

What’s the policy for Vit on refunds/deferrals/transfers in the event of injury?

All the details with respect to policy on all these areas are outlined in our Terms and Conditions which can be found on the Home Page and on the relevant pages relating to each of the events. All applicants are explicitly requested to agree to these terms and conditions as part of their application both postal and online.
In summary of your query, we do not offer refunds or defer entries but we do offer a credit note to the value of 50% of entry as long as this is done before the closing date. This is one month prior to the event date. Please see the T&C appendix) The credit notes are valid for 12 months.
Requests for withdrawal after the closing date can not be processed as it is not possible for us to ensure we can fill the place and no credit note will be issued.
